Suggestions:

If possible, reserve your boat rental in advance. Most boats are booked by 11am daily.

Be sure to check the location of the marina. Rental boats, Charters and Watersports can often times be
at different marinas. Although Key West is only 4.2 square miles it is important to give yourself time.
While most have parking, some like the Old Key West area are limited, so plan accordingly. The marinas
typically have fishing supplies and even snacks, ice, drinks and food for your convenience.

Frequently Asked Questions:

You must be 25 years of age to rent a boat and have previous boating experience.
If you were born on or after January 1st, 1988, and at least 18 years of age you must pass a Florida
Boaters Safety test to drive. You can take the test online w/Boated and bring the certificate (or proof)
with you. Anyone that is driving the boat must present a passed boaters safety test prior to departure.
Unless you have a Florida boater’s license with the NASBLA then please present it at check in.

Most boat rentals do not allow dive tanks, based on Florida State law. However, we can assist you with one that
does or even a chartered boat specifically for diving.

The boat will be full upon your arrival. Guests are responsible for the gas used. When you return to the boat
marina it will be re-fueled.

Please bring a photo ID. Plus, you are required to bring the credit card with you that was used for the
purchase. A credit card authorization for $1000 is required for the deposit. (this is protection against
fraud)

We have a range of Deck Boats, Center Consoles, Pontoons, Tritoons to rent. Plus, we offer Charters
that range from Fishing, Sunset Cruises to Sandbar excursions.

Yes, the boats are equipped with a navigation tool/GPS

Yes, we have streamlined the whole process so that you can select the boat or charter that you are
interested in. Review the dates and times, select full day or half day. Once you have made your
selections you can even starting add snorkeling or fishing rods to your rental.

To name a few:

  • Water (and electrolytes)
  • Beverages (no glass if possible)
  • Towels
  • Dry Bag ( or zip lock to keep things like your phone, keys and personal items dry)
  • Sunscreen
  • Hat/Visor
  • Food & Snacks
  • Clothing (light long sleeves to cover up)
  • Sunglasses

Most rentals require 48 hours’ notice. We are very transparent; all of this information is provided
prior to booking the boat rental or charter. If it’s within the time frame you will receive a refund. Call the
number listed on your email receipt if you need to cancel or make changes.

The marina will determine if it needs to be delayed or cancelled. We will do our best to postpone or
reschedule if possible. Otherwise, you will receive a refund.
